I was so moved by this episode—it has caused me to pause and really think about the subject of death. I have lost so many to a sudden death (most recently by suicide) but I’m also realizing many other forms of grief I’ve had in my lifetime that aren’t death related. Wow—I am so so grateful to have this information. ♥️
Thank you, Noelle, for listening and for FEELING this. We can’t run from our own grief forever and sometimes it’s what’s actually steering our car… without us knowing it, right? I am honoured to have you listen in and to share. With so much love, Åsa
