By Åsa Nilsson | March 3, 2023
What’s life going to look like now, after the death of my beloved (God) dog Fuji? Should I isolate, retreat
After being made redundant from his corporate career in 2022, Gagan went into a cycle of pain, depression, shame, guilt, fear, loss, negative thoughts and a sense of emptiness.
From picking up fights with co-workers … to researching how to commit suicide… to feeling at peace and in harmony with his life, (after only a few months) … Gagan is now determined to use the powerful techniques he has learned to manage his negative thoughts.
“Negative thoughts don’t deserve a place in our minds”. So right, Gagan, so right!

Dalai Lama quote read by Gagan. “When the Dalai Lama was asked what surprised him most about humanity, he answered “Man. Because he sacrifices his health in order to make money. Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health. And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present”.- quote taken from Google.
