Who Are We?
Åsa – Born in Sweden and raised in the USA, I’ve spent decades navigating the fast-paced world of corporate life. But in 2011, I felt a deep calling to return to my roots—and to something more meaningful. Armed with years of experience in business and supporting people from all walks of life, I set out on a new path. I began as a life coach working internationally, and over time, that journey naturally evolved into something even deeper: death coaching through the sacred practice of Swedish Death Cleaning.
Thomas – A true Swede through and through (though just as fluent in English as I am!), spent many years in banking before answering his own inner call to shift into primary education. Now retired from teaching, he’s joined me full-heartedly in this work—bringing his unique wisdom and warmth into our shared mission as Swedish Death Cleaners.
We may not hold formal titles in psychology, psychiatry, or shamanism—but what we do have is a lifetime of real-world experience. We’ve led businesses, guided individuals through transformation, and held space for people during some of their darkest and most vulnerable moments.
And that’s what makes us different.
